Breathwork Healing Sessions
Types of Sessions
In-Studio & Online Group Session: $35+
Group sessions are held both in person and online and are 60-75 minutes in length with the expectation that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to class start time. For more information on when and where these sessions take place, please refer to our calendar above.
Private Session: $150+
A private session is held at either our studio space, your home, or online. The session can last 1-1.5 hours in length and can be tailored to your personal needs and intention, much more than a group session would be. Private sessions are great for people that want to try breathwork but are feeling unsure or experiencing some anxiety around what may happen during the session. They are also great for someone that prefers a private setting rather than a group setting. For more information, or to book, please email [email protected]
Partner Session (2): $225+
A partner session is great for any two people seeking to create a deeper connection with each other. It could be with an intimate partner, friend, family member or even co-worker. This session anywhere from 1.5-2 hours in length and can be located in our studio space, your home, or online. It usually begins with some transformational work followed by a 1 hour breathwork session. For more information, please email [email protected]
Private Group Session (3+)
A private group session is great for people who want to experience breathwork together in an intimate setting. This can be done offsite or in our studio and can be tailored specifically to the group’s needs. Group sessions are usually 1-1.5 hours in length and are great for creating connection within a group of people; be it family, friends, or staff! These group sessions are a perfect way to bring breathwork to you! For more information, please email [email protected]
Workshops
Workshops are focused on a specific intention and are tailored to a group or communities needs. If you would like us to bring a workshop to you, email us at [email protected]
Session Recommendations
- We recommend no large meals or drinks within an hour or two of your session.
- Make sure you empty your bladder before breathing so you can avoid having to do so while in session.
- Dress comfortably in layers as your temperature can fluctuate during a breathwork session.
- Please read the “What to Bring” section below for everything you need for a breathwork session.
- Drink lots of water.
- Take an epsom salt bath.
- Be easy on yourself, it is common to have emotions or even vivid dreams continue to arise throughout the days or week following your breathwork session.
- Visit your healers.

- Share your experience with others — it can be beneficial for your healing to continue to be in conversation with your family, friends, and healers.
- Write your thoughts down in a journal.
- Continue to un-stuff what you need to and/or allow your emotions to arise more freely.
- Book your next session.
What to Bring
- A yoga or pilates mat to lay on and create your personal space
- A comfy blanket
- Bolster or pillow(s) to put under your knees for extra back support
- Water
- Journal (optional)
- Eye pillow (optional)
- Wear or bring layers of clothing as temperatures may fluctuate (optional)
- Box of tissues (optional)
