In-Person Training: February 21-February 23 and February 28-March 2, 2025


You are registering for our Certified Breathwork Facilitator Training. This means you have decided to become a super special human, and guide people through some of the most rewarding, healing work. We cannot wait to meet you but before we do, here’s some further information we need to share with you.  Please note that the cost of training does not include transportation, accommodations, food or beverage. All training hours are live and we do not record any part of our training. Please ensure you are available to attend all training sessions.

a history of cardiovascular disease, including angina or heart attack
high or low blood pressure or use of a pacemaker
glaucoma or retinal detachment
significant recent physical injuries or surgery
mental illness or seizure disorders or for persons using major medications

if you are pregnant or suspect you are pregnant

What should I bring?

Dress comfortably (in layers). Bring your own pillow/bolster, blanket, yoga mat, journal & pen, water bottle, snacks/lunch (optional), and backjack/meditation chair (optional).

We will be seated or lying on the floor for the duration of our training so feel free to bring whatever you need to feel comfortable.

We will provide light snacks, filtered water, coffee/tea, and kleenex. 

Be mindful of your caffeine intake and eating large meals prior to breathing. We will provide you with a schedule throughout training so that you know when to fuel up and when to leave some room in your belly.

Next Steps:

If you haven’t tried a breathwork session with us before, feel free to join us for one of our next sessions. The way we deliver our group breathwork sessions will be the exact same way we teach you how to set up your own sessions during our training. It is not a prerequisite before registering but can be beneficial to experience it for yourself!
