The ZOOM link will be sent to you in a separate email. Please take a look below for how to set up for your breathwork session. Please ensure you do this before 7pm so you are ready to breathe right after our info session.
FOR BREATHWORK:
What do I need?
Dress comfortably (in layers). Ensure you are in a comfortable, safe space, free from distractions and interruptions (recommended no pets, no children). Below are some best practices to ensure you have an optimal experience breathing from home.
- Avoid a lot of caffeine or a large meal within 1 hour of session start.
- Ensure you are in the spot with the best internet service in your home.
- Prepare your breathing space with pillows, blankets, and anything else to make yourself comfortable while laying down (eg. eye mask, eye pillow, water, Kleenex, journal, pen).
- We suggest using headphones. Feel free to use a Bluetooth connection for headphones or speakers (although we have experienced interference with the connection during sessions).
