Breathwork Training at Peace!
Through self exploration and discovery, learn the tools to confidently lead your own breathwork sessions and build a thriving business.
A 50 hour trauma informed training focused on your practical experience as a facilitator in 1:1, partner & group sessions, as well as how to powerfully assist.
Explore the brain in relation to breathwork and non-ordinary states of consciousness. Become fully immersed in yourself and this training with daily breathwork & ceremony.
Transformation at Peace!
Attend a Sweat Lodge Ceremony, an ancient Native American ritual. Steam purification, chanting, and energy revival.
Open your heart with a sacred Cacao Ceremony. Drumming, feather cleansing, smudging, and shamanic sound bath are all a part of this ceremony.
All ceremonies are led by a local Shaman. Share in the energy of the jungle, the magic of ancient tradition, and the transformation of healing medicine and sacred space.
Nourish your body at Peace!
Enjoy a variety of locally sourced, minimally processed foods. Nature friendly, consciously prepared, and made with love.
Following Ayurvedic food principles that support the belief that “food is medicine”, Peace Retreat provides wholesome, clean, savoury meals.
Meals at Peace are prepared and served at a specific time each day to encourage nourishing food and conversation altogether.
