Description
Your session starts at 8:00pm sharp so please arrive early!
Please bring with you:
- your own pillow (for under your legs)
- blanket
- yoga mat
- water bottle
- eye mask (optional)
- extra blanket (optional)
Here are a few other things you need to know:
- Please arrive well before 8:00pm to allow yourself time to get settled and acquainted with the space.
- Wear comfortable layers.
- Avoid a lot of caffeine or a large meal within 1 hours of session start.
- Breathwork session passes are non-refundable.
