What do I need?
Dress comfortably (in layers). Ensure you are in a comfortable, safe space, free from distractions and interruptions (recommended no pets, no children). Below are some best practices to ensure you have an optimal experience training from home.
- Download the zoom app on your computer well before the training start time (for users that already have zoom, please make sure you have the most recent update).
- TEST your zoom link prior to the session.
- Be mindful of your caffeine intake and eating large meals prior to breathing. We will provide you with a schedule throughout training so that you can plan your meals accordingly.
- Ensure you are in the spot with the best internet service in your house.
- Prepare your breathing space with pillows, blankets, and anything else to make yourself comfortable while laying down (eg. eye mask, eye pillow, water, Kleenex, journal, pen).
- We suggest using headphones so that the content and shares throughout training remain confidential (if there are others in your home while you are training). Feel free to use a Bluetooth connection for headphones or speakers although we have experienced interference with the connection during sessions.

If you haven’t tried a breathwork session with us before, feel free to join us for one of our next sessions. The way we deliver our group breathwork sessions will be the exact same way we teach you how to set up your own sessions during our training. It is not a prerequisite before registering but can be beneficial to experience it for yourself!
