BEFORE SESSION RECOMMENDATIONS:
- We suggest that you don’t eat or drink a lot within the hour or two prior to your session.
- Empty your bladder as you most likely won’t want to go pee during your session.
- Dress in comfortable layers as your temperature and the room temperature may change throughout your session.
- Make sure that you have checked out the “What to Bring” section of our website.
POST SESSION RECOMMENDATIONS:
- Drink lots of water.
- Take an epsom salt bath.
- Be easy on yourself, it is common to have emotions or even vivid dreams continue to arise throughout the days or week following your breathwork session.
- Visit your healers.
- Email us if you need anything at all info@breathworkhealing.ca
- Share your experience with others — it can be beneficial for your healing to continue to be in conversation with your family, friends, and healers.
- Write your thoughts down in a journal.
- Continue to un-stuff what you need to and/or allow your emotions to arise more freely.
- Book your next session.
For Private, Partner or Group Sessions booked outside of the studio, your facilitator will email you upon booking. You will be provided information on anything you need to do to prepare for a magical healing session in the space.
