Hello dear one
Hello mother
Hello father
Hello sister
Hello brother
Hello daughter
Hello son
Hello friend
Hello confidant
Hello heart
Hello body
Hello soul
Hello to those who have passed onto the other side.
Hello to those who still bless us here with their presence.
Hello to the ebb and flow that is life.
Hello to the challenges, to the big changes, to the moments of discord and attachment, to the moments of higher love living alongside grief, sadness, loss, and fear.
Welcome OPENLY into your heart — grace, ease and freedom as you navigate the rise and fall of life’s uncertainties.
We can never know why or how our life occurs the way that it does; we can embrace it though. For all our hopes and dreams, for all our worries, fears, and contention.
For all that is good and pure in our life, for all we are grateful for, for all that has been celebrated. For all that has been lost, forgotten, and let go or given away.
We can embrace the memories and experiences that have shaped who we are.
We can embrace the wins, honour the losses – and challenge ourselves to grow with each discomfort that arises.
We can see things with a new lens.
We can shift our perspective.
We can grow in awareness, creating a deeper space for vulnerability, for love, for safety to exist within ourselves and those around us.
We can feel all that lives in our heart, our bodies, our minds, our souls.
We can, we have been, we will; move through deep pain, heart ache, loss, suffering.
We will mourn the loss of many things, many people.
We will mourn the loss of friendships, relationships, places, the way things were, a memory, a moment when time stood still.
We will fight, resist, push, give up, challenge, disappoint, create walls, armour up, break down, break through, rise up, heal, love harder, give more, surrender, let go, celebrate, triumph.
We will learn, we will grow, we will expand into the most resilient, connected, whole hearted version of ourselves.
The you that has always meant to be you, the you that has been right here inside you all along.
The you that shines.
The you that loves deeply and gives freely.
The you that embraces all of life’s trials and tribulations.
The you that is healing.
The you that trusts the path of this lifetime.
The you that sees, hears, knows, and loves who they are.
The you that understands that the hardships and difficult challenges are here as lessons.
That they are here to guide you closer to YOU, through YOU.
And as you reflect back on this year, on your life — anything that still does not feel whole can only be healed by YOU.
And so, you say.. HELLO! To the small gaps, the big gaps, the spaces and cracks. The holes where things unhealed live. With compassion, your healing begins with these words..
I am sorry
Please Forgive me
Thank you
I love you
